Came to Elite Physiotherapy suffering from sudden intense shoulder pain and was seen quickly (had my booking moved forward). My physio was easy to talk to and quickly got to the source of the pain. The exercises I was given to build back the strength in my arm were simple and easy to do without needing any equipment.
